Retired Navy, took up bird photography as a hobby and amateur about 7 years ago. I live in Jacksonville Florida on the Broward River and have a natural studio of marsh birds in my back yard and dock area. Have won several local bird photography contests and various awards. I write a weekly blog on my photography each week called "Reflections on Broward".

Special Accounts are limited to maximum of 100 new photographs per week and 10,000 photographs in total. Special Accounts that exceed a limit for several months will be notified of their usage and restrictions may be imposed if usage is not corrected.
Birdier respects the intellectual property rights of others. It is our policy to respond promptly any claim that content posted on the site infringes the copyright or other intellectual property infringement of any person. Birdier will use reasonable efforts to investigate notices of alleged Infringement and will take appropriate action under applicable intellectual property law and these Terms where it believes an Infringement has taken place, including removing or disabling access to the content and/or terminating accounts and access to the site.
To notify Birdier of a possible Infringement you must submit your notice in writing at birdier@birdier.com and include in your notice a detailed description of the alleged infringement sufficient to enable Birdier to make a reasonable determination.
